Parkland Development (PLD) is a commercial real estate development and investment company dedicated to delivering long term value to our investors and our tenants.

Company founder, Mr. Gun Bo Park, has been investing and developing real estate projects in South Korea and Japan from 1980’s. He started real estate investment in U.S.A from 1999 and formed Parkland Development for further acquisitions and development in 2004.
