The 160-acre site is located in the western portion of City of Surprise, a mile north of Sun Valley Parkway, at the northeast corner of the Beardsley Road and 211the Avenue alignments. The site is currently vacant and sits adjacent to the Arizona Public Service (APS) 230kV Transmission Line Project with connectivity to the nearby Trilby Wash Substation. The site is currently being studied for Trilby Wash Solar to support City of Surprise and the greater region by providing renewal energy resources and battery storage for local energy reliably and resiliency.
