Phase 4 is an 8-acre development on the west end of Park 10 Mixed-Use Commercial Center, located on the NWC of McDowell Blvd and 107th Avenue. Three buildings are planned in Phase 4: Shops D (11,000 sf), Cooper’s Hawk winery restaurant (10,650 sf) and a three-story hybrid (retail and office) building (43,000sf). Groundbreaking March 2025
