Phase 4 is an 8-acre development on the west end of Park 10 Mixed-Use Commercial Center, located on the NWC of McDowell Blvd and 107th Avenue. Three buildings are planned in Phase 4: Shops D (11,000 sf), Cooper’s Hawk Winery restaurant (10,650 sf), Shop E (10,033 sf), Shop F (7,102 sf), and Shop G (8,886 sf). Groundbreaking on April, 2025
